You can create teams for your own work, or for collaborating within a group. Projects allow you to group your related design files together in a single space, like a folder in a file system. Here are the available options:Īnyone with can edit access in a team can create files and projects Projects Once you are in the Deleted files tab, you can view, sort, and filter any deleted files that you had access to. It's not possible to open a deleted file, but you can restore ↓, duplicate ↓, or permanently delete ↓deleted files. If anyone else deletes a file or project you have access to, the files will also appear here. The Deleted files tab is an archive of all deleted files you had access to. Files remain in the Deleted files folder until restored or deleted forever. When you delete a file, Figma will remove the file for all collaborators and move it to Deleted files tab.
In the toolbar, click the next to the file name.
With your Figma file open, click on an empty spot in the canvas to deselect any layers.
This will also remove the file for all collaborators.
Figma will move the file to your Deleted files.
Right-click on the file to open the file menu.
To remove a file from your file browser for just yourself, we recommend you leave the file instead. Caution: Deleting a file will remove the file for all collaborators, not just yourself.
